UK lawyer in property and tax law, created global SPVs, advised on transfer pricing for multinationals, banks, and hedge funds. 15 years in global tax and technology systems. Helped code automatic tax transfers on the Interledger protocol. Invented Digital Tax Stamps and Distributed Tax Ledgers, awarded Smart Grant. Patents in cloud computing insurance, geographic data processing, time synchronization latency, and dynamic meta-tagging protocol for AI/ML.

Jeff Gordon

COO and Co-Founder

15+ years launching startups to scaling public companies. Passionate about metric-driven sales & marketing automation. Co-founded B2B agriculture eCommerce platform Agron.io (2015), sold to Grow Generation Corp (NASDAQ:GRWG) in 2021. Previously grew and launched products for FinishLine.com, Intuit, Sports Authority, & Dex Media. Focused on IP and software innovations for creative rights and insurance.

Alisa Lockwood

Head of UK

Background in building SaaS tech platforms, including for insurance. Co-founded axis.xyz (selected for Y Combinator and another incubator). Led Country Risk teams advising the Lloyd’s market for over a decade, contributing to the first platform for political risk forecasts and ratings.
